Office Staff
The Administrative Section assists the Panchayat in implementing decisions, maintaining official records, managing public services, maintaining financial records, and carrying out day-to-day office operations.
01🔵 Panchayat Secretary
The chief administrative officer of the Panchayat. Coordinates office operations, file management, and general administration.
02🟢 Assistant Secretary
Assists the Secretary in the administrative and office-related functions of the Panchayat. Works in coordination with the Secretary and higher authorities while also handling the implementation of development projects.
03🟣 Junior Superintendent
Supervises the day-to-day office operations. Coordinates file procedures and workflow and monitors the duties assigned to office staff.
04🧮 Accountant
Manages financial ledgers, accounts, and transactions. Prepares and maintains income and expenditure statements, audit records, tax records, and other financial documents.
05📁 Senior Clerk
Examines office records and official administrative procedures. Reviews important files, collects case-related information, and coordinates complex procedures.
06📄 Clerk
Maintains records, applications, queues, and office registers. Handles the immediate requirements of the public and completes procedures related to public-service files as directed.
07💼 Office Attendant
Provides support for the logistical and day-to-day operations of the office. Performs tasks such as dispatching documents, arranging files, and other general supporting duties required for the smooth functioning of the office.
